Classic Wedding Package

What’s better than an outdoor wedding surrounded by nature and your family and friends? Everything you need to get ready in style, pledge your love in the great outdoors, and party under the stars...

Package Pricing 2026*............................................................................. 50-250** guests - $2,350-6,250


Includes:    

 

Day before the wedding: 

  • afternoon/evening time for rehearsal, reception prep and decorating, drop off supplies, beverages, drop off wedding dress, etc. 
  • Relaxing overnight stay in the bridal suite for the bride and one other guest of her choice.


Wedding Day! 

  • 9 AM – 11 PM exclusive property access (additional time can be requested up front if needed)
  • The lovely 3-room bridal suite for bridal party with vintage king-size sleigh bed, spacious original bath and cozy sitting room with wardrobe racks and full length mirrors.  
  • A beautiful and spacious secondary suite across the hall for hair/makeup with another full bath, great light and plenty of power. 
  • Lounge-like groomsmen’s billiard room on lower level for day of event from 12 PM – 10 PM with mini fridge and vintage pool table. 
  • Wireless speakers in both suites for you to play your favorites. 
  • Multiple scenic and serene ceremony sites to choose from. 
  • Gracious, shaded terrace overlooking the surrounding meadow for cocktail hour. 
  • Endless instagrammable photo ops including our 1966 Ford Pickup, the grand staircase in the main entry, the incredible solarium with working fountain and the 140-acre nature preserve that surrounds us. 
  • Your guests are invited to explore the main floor of the house while they are on the
    property.  
  • The Christy House is also happy to provide full tours to your wedding guests when possible during your event. 
  • Each of our couples is asked to leave their mark on the property by carving their initials
    inside the historic smokehouse. We hope our couples will come back in future years to
    see where it all started! 
  • Large wooded firepit available for use if desired. 
  • Easy and plentiful outdoor parking on site. 
  • The Christy House site manager on location during all event hours. 
  • Vendor and catering prep area with refrigeration, tables, access to power/water and
    large garage door access for easy load-in/load-out. 
  • All garbage and recycling taken care of throughout event. 
  • Restrooms supplied and serviced throughout event. 

  

Day After Wedding: 

  • 8 AM – 11 AM – final cleanup and removal of all personal and rented items from The Christy House property 


Other details: 

  • Preplanning – we know it is a lot to figure out so we are happy to have you set up return visits for planning prior to your event for no cost. 
  • You bring in your own licensed caterer, bartender, DJ and photographer. We are happy to provide recommendations for wonderful vendors!  
  • We can connect you with our preferred tent rental company for tent, tables and chairs for the reception or you can use your own licensed resource if preferred. Typical costs for tent and other rentals can be found at Unew Tents

  • Amplified music, if any, to be turned off no later than 10 PM 
  • Event needs to be cleaned up of all trash and food items by 11 PM 
  • We require our couples to purchase an additional event liability insurance policy, listing
    us as additional insured. 
  • Discounted rates for future baby showers and anniversary events for any of our
    couples 😊 
  • ALSO included – engagement session on the property

  • 66-85 guests - $2,675
  • 86-100 guests - $3,225

  • 201-225 guests - $5,850
  • 226-250 guests - $6,250

Weddings over 50 guests require a $500 Security Deposit that is fully refundable barring damages or overtime rental costs. Due 7 days prior to event start and refunded within 7 days of your event.

Destination Wedding Package

Family coming from out of town? Why not create a destination wedding and host your group at the Christy House? This house is the perfect setting for a family gathering. Ample room for everyone, in a beautiful setting to visit, dine and reconnect with family.

Main House Rental ......................................................................................2 nights, up to 14 adults - $2,950

A sophisticated way to host out-of-town family or friends for your big event. Give yourself plenty of time to feel rested and prepared for your wedding day. Enjoy catching up, hanging out, and sharing meals in this beautiful home for the entire weekend. Rental fee includes all cleaning fees and taxes. 


  • Rental includes all 7 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Library, Living Room, Solarium, Billiard Room and Terrace

  • 50-65 - $2,350 + $2,950 = $5,300
  • 66-85 - $2,675 + $2,950 = $5,625
  • 86-100 - $3,225 + $2,950 = $6,175
  • 101-125 - $4,050 + $2,950 = $7,000
  • 126-150 - $4,450 + $2,950 = $7,400 
  • 151-175 - $4,850 + $2,950 = $7,800 
  • 176-200 - $5,250 + $2,950 = $8,200 
  • 201-225 - $5,850 + $2,950 = $8,800 
  • 225-250 - $6,250 + $2,950 = $9,200

On-Site Apartment Rental .............................................................................2 nights, up to 4 adults - $470
Next to the Main House we have a separate apartment with  2 bedrooms, its own kitchen and bathroom. A great option for couples with small children to have a separate space for naps or early bedtimes.

Includes: 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room


Seated brunch event for the morning after the wedding ..................................................................... $250

from 8-11 AM (time includes set-up, event and clean-up. Does not included food.)

Micro Wedding Package

If your party is less than 50 people, you have the option of hosting your entire event - your intimate ceremony and personal celebration - inside the Main House if desired. Micro weddings have full access to outdoor ceremony sites as well.
